NYX’s HD concealer does a great job of concealing imperfections without looking cakey. You don’t need tons of product for it to work and it doesn’t settle into fine lines.
This is the first concealer – regardless of the coverage – that doesn’t settle into my lines or cake up.
The HD Concealer looks incredibly natural, making it perfect for those “no makeup” makeup days. Do a little spot concealing and blend some under your eyes and you’re good to go.
They do offer some color-correcting shades is this concealer range as well. I’ve tried out the yellow and green correctors in the past and WOW are they pigmented. Too pigmented for me. The green was waaaay too green and difficult to completely cover up.
- Very easy to blend
- High medium coverage
- Wide shade range + color-correcting
- Very minimal creasing
- Some shades are very similar
- Color-correcting shades may be too pigmented for some skin tones

I really like the NYX HD concealer and highly recommend it if you?re looking for a good drugstore option or a UD Naked Skin alternative. I was blown away by how it wore throughout the day.
I’d say it’s the most natural-looking concealer I have. The creamy texture makes it easy to quickly blend out and the formula does a wonderful job of concealing imperfections without settling into fine lines or caking up.
