Schmidt’s Naturals is cruelty-free, gluten-free, 100% vegan, and certified by Leaping Bunny and PETA.

But does this natural deodorant really work? This Schmidt’s Naturals deodorant review has you covered.
Schmidt’s Naturals Deodorant Review
I do want to note that Schmidt’s deodorants are just that deodorants and not antiperspirants. From their FAQ:
We don’t use aluminum which blocks pores to prevent the body’s healthy process of sweating this means Schmidt’s technically isn’t an antiperspirant. However, our formula does contain natural plant powders to absorb wetness, so even though Schmidts doesn’t prevent you from sweating, it will still help keep you dry!
Claims:
Schmidt’s award-winning formulas naturally and effectively neutralizes odor and wetness. Plant-based powders help absorb wetness without the use of aluminum Enhanced with essential oils; no artificial fragrance. Non-greasy, non-sticky feel. Easily absorbed; application require only a small amount.
Size: 2.65 oz
Pros:
- The smell is amazing and if I could rub it all over my body I would
- Keeps me smelling like a margarita all day long
- Less pit dampness
Cons:
- Softer than typical deodorant
- A little messy around the top of the tube since it melts easier but I’ve never had a stick deodorant that DIDN’T make a mess
I was honestly blown away by Schmidts deodorant. I’ve heard more stories of people struggling to find a suitable natural and cruelty-free deodorant than not.
I was prepared to go through a lot of trial and error and I’m pleasantly surprised that the first one I chose worked so well.
I don?t have any complaints that I wouldn’t give to any other stick deodorant that I’ve used in the past.
